Herbed Eggs recipe

- Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 Tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped very fine. (use any combination such as chives, chervil, parsley, cilantro, dill, tarragon, oregano or rosemary)
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Scramble eggs in a large bowl, add sour cream, herbs, and salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in a large frying pan. Pour egg mixture in pan and cook while stirring constantly. Do not overcook eggs, they should be moist. Serve on a nasturtium leaf with a nasturtium flower on top. These are edible flowers.
