Ingredients
2 bunch(es) | basil |
1 bunch(es) | parsley |
½ bunch(es) | mint |
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
lemon juice | |
1 handful | pine nuts |
extra virgin olive oil |
Instructions
Pick the leaves from the herbs and place the leaves into a blender. Add the pine nuts and process adding by and by olive oil until the sauce is smooth and to your liking.
