Pasta in Creamy Mushroom Lemon Sauce recipe

Ingredients
150 g | pasta, short |
100 ml | olive oil |
120 g | mushrooms, chopped |
2 tsp | fresh lemon juice |
1 tbsp | butter |
300 ml | vegetable broth |
200 ml | Béchamel sauce |
300 ml | water |
dried parsley |
Instructions
Pour oil into a non-stick frying pan or pot, add chopped mushrooms and stir to toss with the oil. Cook over medium heat, for about 3 minutes.
Add lemon juice and stir to combine. Add butter and stir to combine. Then add 300 ml water and stock. Stir occasionally and cook for about 3 minutes.
Add pasta and add antother 300 ml water. Cover and cook until pasta is al dente. Additional water should have been absorbed by the pasta.
Add bechamel sauce and and parsley and stir well into the pasta. Heat through for another 30 seconds and then serve.
