Herb fish with garlic recipe details
Ingredients
1 large | cod, haddock or plaice fillet |
1 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
1 | lemon, the juice |
1 pinch(es) | mixed herbs |
1 medium | jacket potato or |
100 g | cooked rice |
leaves | salad |
4 tbsp | ready-made tomato salsa or |
½ large can(s) | sweetcorn |
tinfoil |
Instructions
Place 1 large cod, haddock or plaice fillet on tinfoil and add 1 crushed garlic clove, juice 1 lemon and pinch mixed herbs.Wrap up the fish and bake for 20 minutes on 180°C.
Serve with a medium jacket potato or 100g cooked rice, salad and ready-made tomato salsa or 1/2 a can sweetcorn.
For an even better taste place a little bit butter on top of the fish before wrapping. Trade the mixed herbs with green chilli if you like it hot ‘n spicy!
