Every bite a cheesy, crunchy and flavorful one with these easy pork chops.

Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 (6 ounce, 1-inch thick) boneless pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Preparation method

Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and set a roasting rack on the baking sheet.
2. Pour oil into a large skillet and set over medium-low heat. Cook breadcrumbs in hot oil to brown, then cool slightly. Pour into a bowl and add parsley and cheese.
3. Coat pork chops with mustard, then pat the toasted breadcrumb mixture on top of each. Set on the baking rack.
4. Bake for about 20 minutes, until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes, then serve.
