An extremely spicy seasoning for meat, with most of the heat coming from a four-pack of one of the world’s hottest chiles.
Ready in: 5 mins

Ingredients

Makes: 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup ground allspice
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 4 Scotch bonnet chiles (if not available, use habaneros)
  • 1 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 8 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins

1. Pulse all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Use to season meats before grilling.
