Ingredients
Makes: 1 cup- 1/2 cup ground allspice
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 4 Scotch bonnet chiles (if not available, use habaneros)
- 1 tablespoons dried thyme
- 8 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
