Hazelnut cream recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | butter |
100 g | sugar |
5 cl | eggnog |
3 | eggs |
2 cl | whisky |
175 g | ground hazelnuts |
1 handful | chopped hazelnuts |
Instructions
Cream together butter and sugar. Separate the eggs. Add the egg yolk and whisk until foamy. Stir in the ground nuts, the eggnog and whisky. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Divide into dessert glasses and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.Serve garnished with the chopped nuts.
