Hawley mountain cowboy beans recipe details
- Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger, browned
- 2 large onions, sauteed
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 3 cans kidney beans, drained
- 3 cans pork and beans, drained
- 3 cans butter beans, drained
- 1/2 pound cooked bacon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Cook bacon, set aside. Lightly brown hamburger and onions. Crumble bacon. Mix all of the above ingredients in a greased baking pan. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
