- Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen loose-pack shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Press hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Press hash browns into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes.
Combine the ham and cheese; spoon mixture over the hash brown crust. In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk. Pour mixture over all. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Allow quiche to stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
