Hash brown dish details
- Ingredients:
- One 2-pound bag hash browns
- 1 or 2 sticks of margarine (1/2 to 1 cup)
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper
- Chopped onion (optional)
- Crushed potato chips
Mix all ingredients (except potato chips) together and put in casserole; top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Very good with ham.
