|500 g||asparagus, washed and trimmed|
|1 large can(s)||tangerines|
|150 ml||tartar sauce|
Cook the asparagus in salted water until soft, then strain into a sieve and allow to cool completely.
Coat the ham slices with tartar sauce. Place some asparagus spears and tangerines slices onto the ham. Roll the ham slices up.
Serve garnished with fresh parsley each as a starter or arrange it on a plate for a buffet.
