Ham peas mushroom frittata recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | ham, cubed |
1 small | onion, sliced |
120 g | mushrooms, sliced |
60 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
20 g | parsley, minced |
2 | green onions, chopped |
100 g | peas |
6 large | eggs |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
5 tsp | hot Paprika |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Heat oil in a large, oven-proof skillet. Sauté onions, garlic, mushrooms and ham about 10 minutes. Add parsley and peas, stir. Cook for another 5 minutes.Combine eggs, paprika, cheddar, salt, pepper and green onions in a small bowl. Whisk to combine well. Add butter to the skillet and stir.
Pour egg mixture over the skillet. Keep on medium heat and cook for about 15 minutes or just almost set. Place under the broiler until the top is just beginning to brown. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
