Easy biscuits packed with flavor from ham and Swiss cheese.

Ingredients
Makes: 10 biscuits- 2 cups baking mix
- 1/4 pound fully cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In one bowl, whisk biscuit mix with ham and cheese until ham and cheese are coated. In another bowl, whisk milk with the egg, mustard, and minced onion.
3. Pour wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir to incorporate. Scoop out 1/4 cup balls and place on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve.
