Ham and pineapple salad with jerked mayonnaise recipe details
A cold pasta salad with ham, pineapple, onion and a jerk flavored mayonnaise sauce.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- Jerk Sauce
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 2 tsp ground allspice
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 2 tbsp distilled vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 lb. Macaroni
- 20 oz. can Pineapple, Chopped
- 1/2 lb. Ham, Chopped
- 1 Large Onion, chopped
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Mix the parsley, allspice, ginger, thyme, marjoram, garlic powder, black pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, lime juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, vinegar, and brown sugar together in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove jerk sauce from heat.
2. Meanwhile, Cook Macaroni, strain and allow to cool in refrigerator.Allow sauce and pasta to cool.
3. Mix jerk sauce, pasta, onion, ham and pineapple together.
4. Refrigerate to allow flavors to develop.
