Ham and cheese puffs recipe details
Ingredients
50 g | butter |
100 g | flour |
4 medium | eggs |
150 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
150 g | ham or pancetta, chopped |
1 tsp | dry mustard |
240 ml | water |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Combine water and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat.
Remove from heat and add flour, beat with a wooden spoon until well mixed. Return to heat and beat until mixture thickens and forms a ball.
Remove from heat and add eggs, beating well after each addition. Stir in cheese, ham or pancetta and mustard.
Drop dough by small teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
