Ingredients

750 g ground beef
6 slice(s) cheese
2  red or green bell peppers
12  pitted olives
6  lettuce leaves
6  hamburger buns, split

Instructions

Cut cheese, olives and bell peppers into desired shapes to make faces. The cheese should be placed on top of the meat, the peppers should be cut in a shape to create a mouth and nose and olives are placed on the cheese for the eyes.

Lightly shape ground beef into six patties. Broil patties 10 to 12 minutes or until centres are no longer pink, turning once.

Season with salt and pepper, if desired. During last few minutes of cooking, top with cheese, bell peppers and olives to make faces. Serve in lettuce-lined buns.
