Halibut with mushrooms recipe details
Ingredients
4 | halibut steaks, approx. 200g each |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
lemon juice | |
250 g | mushrooms, sliced |
2 tbsp | white wine |
2 tbsp | butter |
garlic powder |
Instructions
Season the halibut with lemon juice and salt. In a large roasting tin, heat the butter and sauté the fish from both sides.Add the mushrooms, cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour in the wine, reduce the heat and cook for 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
