Hailinu Roll-ups – Sole recipe

- Ingredients
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 Tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon sage leaves
- Squeeze margarine
- 2 pounds sole fillets
- 1 can Chalet Suzanne® Seafood Mushroom Soup
Combine crumbs, celery, onion, seasonings and 1/4 cup margarine; mix well. Spoon mixture evenly over fillets, skin side up. Roll each fillet starting from narrow end. Place seam-side down on greased rack of broiler pan. Squeeze margarine over fillets. Broil 12 to 14 minutes, or until lightly browned. Top with Seafood Mushroom soup and sprinkle with paprika, bread crumbs and butter or margarine. Heat under broiler until nicely browned.
