Ingredients

500 ml evaporated milk
340 g muscovado sugar
1  pre-baked shortcrust pastry, 25 cm, see database

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C.

In a bowl whisk together evaporated milk and sugar until light and fluffy and coffee coloured.

Pour the mix into the pre-baked pastry case and bake for 10 minutes.

After baking leave to cool. Serve cold.
