Ingredients
500 ml | evaporated milk |
340 g | muscovado sugar |
1 | pre-baked shortcrust pastry, 25 cm, see database |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.In a bowl whisk together evaporated milk and sugar until light and fluffy and coffee coloured.
Pour the mix into the pre-baked pastry case and bake for 10 minutes.
After baking leave to cool. Serve cold.
