Ingredients
3 | Trumpet Royale mushrooms |
150 g | Shitake mushrooms |
150 g | Buna-Shimeji mushromms |
100 g | white mushrooms |
100 g | brown mushrooms |
juice of 1 lemon | |
4 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 tbsp | Pesto |
salt | |
pepper | |
paprika | |
100 ml | whipping cream |
some | cornstarch |
some | oil |
Instructions
Wash the mushrooms and cut them in smaller pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.Heat some oil in a wok and fry the garlic. Add the pesto and the mushrooms.
Now fry them at high heat for a short time. Season to taste.
Then add the whipping cream and if needed the corn starch. Perfect to meat or noodles.
