Ingredients

3  Trumpet Royale mushrooms
150 g Shitake mushrooms
150 g Buna-Shimeji mushromms
100 g white mushrooms
100 g brown mushrooms
juice of 1 lemon
4 clove(s) garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Pesto
salt
pepper
paprika
100 ml whipping cream
some cornstarch
some oil

Instructions

Wash the mushrooms and cut them in smaller pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Heat some oil in a wok and fry the garlic. Add the pesto and the mushrooms.

Now fry them at high heat for a short time. Season to taste.

Then add the whipping cream and if needed the corn starch. Perfect to meat or noodles.
