Guinness marinade recipe details
Ingredients
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tbsp | chopped onion |
¼ tsp | fresh tarragon, chopped |
¼ tsp | dried parsley |
1 tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
120 ml | Guinness |
30 ml | soy sauce |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Place garlic and onion in a small bowl. Add parsley and tarragon, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Guinness beer and soy sauce. Mix well to combine. Let stand for about 30 minutes to blend flavors. Place the meat in the marinade and coat well. Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight.Preparation time:
