Grilled tuna burgers recipe details
Ingredients1. Fresh tuna, ground (1 to 1 1/2pounds)
2. Dijon mustard (1tbsp)
3. minced ginger (1tbsp)
4. garlic (4-5cloves)
5. salt (1/2tsp)
6. buns (4)
7. dried parsley (1/2tsp)
8. cayenne pepper (1/2tsp)
Method of preparation
1. Take a medium size mixing bowl. Mix ground tuna with mustard, garlic, ginger, parsley, cayenne pepper and salt in the bowl. Make the 4 patties of tuna.
2. Preheat the grill for medium high heat. Oil the grill lightly. Now place the tuna fish on lightly oiled grill. Keep the patties to cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. The patties should remain lightly pink on the inside.
3. Take out the patties from the grill and serve them on a bun with favorite condiments.
