Ingredients

Serves: 4

• 1 pound tuna steaks, about 3/4-inch thick
• 2 teaspoons lime juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 celery ribs, finely chopped
• 2 small red bell peppers
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 4 cups torn Bibb or Boston lettuce
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins

1. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate.
2. Drizzle lime juice over tuna and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill for about 4 minutes, then flip and continue to grill for another 4 minutes or until tuna is cooked through. Cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
3. Combine celery, peppers, onion, lettuce, basil, and tuna in a large salad bowl. Toss with ranch dressing and serve.
