Serves: 4- 4 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and thinly sliced
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate.
2. Coat fillets with oil, then season with salt, dill, and pepper. Cook on grill for about 5 minutes, then turn, place a portion of cheese, lemon, and mango on each, and continue to cook for 5 minutes longer.
