Grilled shark recipe details
Ingredients1. Shark Steaks (6)
2. ground pepper (1/3tbsp)
3. minced garlic (2cloves)
4. lemon juice (2tbsp)
5. chopped fresh parsley (1/4c)
6. orange juice (1/2c)
7. ketchup (1/4c)
8. soy sauce (1/2c)
Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl, mix soy sauce, chopped parsley, orange juice, lemon juice, ketchup, minced garlic and pepper in the bowl.
2. Take a shallow baking dish, place the fish in the dish and then pour the marinade over the fish. Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for about 2 hours.
3. Take out the fish from the marinade. Now grill the fish over hot coals for about 6 minutes on each side or until the fish gets flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently with remaining marinade.
Method of preparation
1. Take a large bowl, mix soy sauce, chopped parsley, orange juice, lemon juice, ketchup, minced garlic and pepper in the bowl.
