Grilled Pork with Nectarines and Watercress recipe

|500 g||pork chops, boneless|
|2||nectarines, pitted, peeled, cut into wedges|
|500 g||watercress, chopped|
|For the marinade dressing:|
|120 ml||fresh orange juice|
|3 tbsp||fresh cilantro, chopped|
|3 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Place chops in a dish and drizzle with 3 tablespoon of the marinade dressing. Cover and chill in the marinade for 2 hours.
Prepare grill and cook chops to medium done.
Slice into strips and toss with nectarines, watercress and remaining dressing. Serve.
