Grilled Pork with Nectarines and Watercress recipe

Ingredients
500 g | pork chops, boneless |
2 | nectarines, pitted, peeled, cut into wedges |
500 g | watercress, chopped |
For the marinade dressing: | |
120 ml | fresh orange juice |
3 tbsp | fresh cilantro, chopped |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the marinade. Place chops in a dish and drizzle with 3 tablespoon of the marinade dressing. Cover and chill in the marinade for 2 hours.Prepare grill and cook chops to medium done.
Slice into strips and toss with nectarines, watercress and remaining dressing. Serve.
