Grilled Pork Chops recipe

- Ingredients:
- 4 loin pork chops, 1-1/2 inches thick
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- salt, pepper & garlic salt
- olive oil
- bottled barbecue sauce – not too thick, spicy or sweet
Instructions:
Place chops in glass dish, and squeeze lemon juice on both sides, then sprinkle both sides with seasonings. Cover and set aside to marinate for 1 hour at room temperature. Preheat grill on high. Brush chops lightly on both sides with oil and sear for 2 minutes with lid closed. Turn chops and brush with barbecue sauce. Close lid and cook another 2 minutes. Turn chops and brush with sauce, close lid and cook 6 minutes. Turn and cook another 6 minutes. They will turn a reddish-brown and be more firm when cooked.
