Ingredients
250 g | polenta |
1 l | vegetable stock |
Instructions
Bring the vegetable stock with the polenta to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring frequently. The polenta is ready, when separates from the edge of the pot.Allow the polenta to cool completely, then form a thick roll. Cut into 2cm slices.
Grill the polenta slices on a greased rack from both sides until crispy.
