Ingredients

2 pounds new potatoes, brushed with light olive oil and salt and pepper, then grilled or roasted

1/4 pound steamed fresh green beans (yellow wax beans work, too)

Basil Garlic Vinaigrette

Additional Champagne vinaigrette

12 Nicoise or Calamata olives

Instructions:
