Grilled Lemon Wings recipe

|1 kg||chicken wings|
|100 ml||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||fresh lemon juice|
|2 tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|1 tbsp||black pepper, freshly ground|
A tangy citrus and Dijon mustard marinade flatters the smoky flavors of barbecued chicken wings and keeps them moist and succulent on the grill.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken wings, and marinate covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
Preheat grill and lightly oil the gril grated.
Drain marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, then set aside for basting.
Grill wings for 10 to 15 minutes. Turn frequently and baste with the marinade during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
