Grilled lamb cutlets recipe details
Ingredients
8 | lamb cutlets |
4 tbsp | ketchup |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 | small piece of ginger, grated |
5 tbsp | honey |
1 dash(es) | chili powder |
1 tbsp | mustard |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |

Instructions
In a container with lid, combine the ketchup, soy sauce, ginger, honey, garlic and the mustard. Season with chili powder and pepper. Add the lamb cutlets, close the lid and shake well. Allow to marinate for 3 hours.Preheat a grill. Grill the marinated cutlets over high heat for 2-4 minutes each side. Serve with grilled white bread.
