Spicy pork chops with the flavor of the islands. These pork chops marinate in a homemade jerk sauce before you toss them on the grill for a quick pork chop dinner.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 habanero chiles, seeds removed and roughly chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, marinating1. Combine all ingredients except pork chops in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Coat the pork chops with the paste and set in a glass baking dish; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.
2. Preheat grill to high and lightly oil grate. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping midway through cooking time, until pork is at least 160 degrees F internally and cooked through.
