Grilled fruits and vegetables details
- Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 papaya
- 1 red apple
- 1 pear
- 1 head of broccoli
- 8 ounces of three bean salad
- 6 pickled okras
- 1/2 small red cabbage, shredded
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 1/2 pound spinach
- 1 small purple onion
Rinse fruit, broccoli, cabbage, lettuce, and spinach. Peel mango and papaya and cut into quarters. Slice apple and pear and cut into quarters. Place on a grill. For best results, use flavored wood chips; follow manufacturer suggestions. Grill until fruit starts to become soft. Remove from grill and toss with all vegetables except spinach and lettuce. Make alternate layers of spinach and lettuce. Place fruit and vegetables on top.
