Grilled fish cake recipe details
Ingredients1. White fish fillets (1pound)
2. chopped fresh mint (1tsp)
3. cashew nuts (6)
4. chopped fresh lemon grass (1tbsp)
5. chopped onion (1)
6. chili powder (1tsp)
7. turmeric (1/2tsp)
8. coriander (1tbsp)
9. salt (to taste)
10. coconut milk (1/2c)
11. sugar (1tbsp)
12. several pieces of banana leaf cut into 6 inch squares
Method of preparation
1. Take fish; make sure that there are no bones in the fish. Cut the fish into small pieces and mix with other ingredients in a food processor. Blend these ingredients until they get smooth.
2. Soften the banana leaves in boiling water for about 1 minute. Now place the 2 tablespoon of the fish mixture on a piece of banana leaf. Fold the leaf and secure it with toothpick.
3. Preheat the grill and then place the packets on hot grill and cook it for about 5 minutes by flipping once.
Method of preparation
