1 kg | Feta cheese, cut in 2cm cubes |
12 | pickled chilies, sliced |
12 | cherry tomatoes, halved |
2 sprig(s) | rosemary |
1 bunch(es) | fresh thyme, chopped leaves |
200 g | black olives |
8 tbsp | olive oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a sterilized jar with lid, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with pepper. Allow to marinate for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator before serving.Serve with fresh bread.
