Serves: 4- 8 slices rye bread
- 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 8 (1/2 ounce) slices Provolone cheese
- 20 spinach leaves
- 8 ounces deli sliced peppered turkey
- 8 roasted red pepper strips
- 8 teaspoons butter
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Cover 4 of the 8 slices of bread with 1 teaspoon mustard on each. Then, on each mustard-covered slice, place 2 slices Provolone, 5 spinach leaves, 2 ounces turkey, and 2 strips of bell pepper. Cover each sandwich with top slices of rye bread.
