Grilled chicken with pinot grigio ginger marinade recipe details
Flavorful chicken that cooks quickly on the grill. You’ll use wine for this marinade, but have plenty left over for dinner.

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 cup Pinot Grigio or other dry white wine
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins | Extra time: 30 mins, marinating1. To make the marinade, combine wine, honey, lime juice, ginger, and chicken in large plastic resealable bag. Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate, turning the bag every so often to keep the meat coated with marinade.
2. Preheat grill to medium and lightly oil grate.
3. Remove chicken from marinade. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides, then place on the grill and cook for about 7 minutes on each side until chicken is no longer pink in the middle and has reached an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F.
