Ingredients
500 ml | water |
420 ml | coconut milk |
340 ml | evaporated milk |
400 ml | condensed milk |
4 medium | eggs, yolks only |
2 stick(s) | cinnamon |
1 l | white rum |
Instructions
Add the cinnamon sticks into boiling water and take them out when the water becomes yellow and has the smell and taste of cinnamon.Add the evaporated milk, condensed milk and egg yolks and cook at low temperature. Stir occasionally.
When at boiling point, cook for a few minutes, then add the coconut milk and rum. Stir well and remove from heat.
Pour in a large mug and leave to cool or place in fridge to chill before serving.
