Grilled Chicken and Ham Rolls recipe

Ingredients
350 g | chicken breast, cut in thick slices |
250 g | ham, in slices |
oil | |
For the sauce: | |
1 tbsp | water |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
½ tsp | cornflour |
½ tsp | pepper |
Instructions
Preheat the grill.
In a bowl, mix together the water, soy sauce, cornflour and pepper. Marinate the chicken breast slices with the sauce. Cover and allow to steep in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Roll the marinated chicken into the ham slices. Tie the ham rolls with kitchen string.
Coat the rolls with oil and grill for 10-15 minutes until the meat is golden and crispy. Apply more oil, if necessary.
To serve, cut the rolls in slices.
