Grilled Chicken and Avocado Sandwich recipe
|500 g||chicken breasts, boneless, sliced in half diagonally|
|3 tbsp||olive oil|
|1 tbsp||lime juice|
|4 small||slices cheese|
|1||avocado, peeled, stone removed, sliced|
Stir together the olive oil and lime juice and salt. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat your grill and grill the chicken pieces a couple minutes on each side, until cooked through. Once cooked add a slice of cheese to the chicken. Cover the grill for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
Place chicken with melted cheese, avocado, lettuce and mayonnaise on the bun and serve.
