Grilled chicken and avocado sandwich recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | chicken breasts, boneless, sliced in half diagonally |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | lime juice |
1 dash(es) | salt |
4 small | slices cheese |
4 | hamburger buns |
1 | avocado, peeled, stone removed, sliced |
iceberg lettuce | |
mayonnaise |
Instructions
Stir together the olive oil and lime juice and salt. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade, turning to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for about 1 hour.Heat your grill and grill the chicken pieces a couple minutes on each side, until cooked through. Once cooked add a slice of cheese to the chicken. Cover the grill for a few seconds to melt the cheese.
Place chicken with melted cheese, avocado, lettuce and mayonnaise on the bun and serve.
