Lime chipotle nachos recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 (14 ounce) bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups grated Pepper Jack cheese
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Preheat broiler to high. Line a large (11×17) baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2. Stir artichoke hearts, chipotle chiles, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice together in a bowl.
3. Arrange half of the tortilla chips in one layer on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with half of the artichoke mixture; top with half of the shredded cheese.
4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
5. Broil about 4 inches from the heat source for about 3 minutes to melt the cheese and brown the top layer slightly.
