Grilled catfish in corn husks recipe details
Ingredients1. Catfish fillets (4)
2. finely chopped green onions (3-4)
3. dried thyme (1tsp)
4. fresh corn husks (4)
5. unsalted butter (1/4c)
6. salt (1/4tsp)
7. black pepper (1/4tsp)
8. garlic powder (1/2tsp)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the grill for the medium high heat. Take catfish and then place the each catfish fillet into a husk. Now season the fillets with salt, pepper and other ingredients.
2. Fold the husk to cover the fish and then tie it with kitchen twine. Now place the fish on grill and cook it for about 5 minutes over direct heat.
3. Move the husk to the cooler part of the grill and cook it indirectly for about 7 to 8 minutes. When the fish gets ready or it flakes easily with fork then take it off from the heat and the serve it.
