Ingredients
Serves: 12- 1.5 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Nesquik(R)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter melted
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour unsifted
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 cup boiling water
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 35 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Mix together by hand sugar, Nesquik, salt and butter. Combine vinegar and milk and mix with previous ingredients. Add eggs and mix. Add flour, baking soda and mix. Add boiling water and slowly mix together. Pour into large greased cake pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for approx 35-40 mins. Check cake with skewer or knife. Once done take out of oven and allow to sit for 15 mins before turning it out on a cake rack. Once cake is cooled, frost with frosting of choice.
