Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 1/2 pounds asparagus, stems removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- 2 tablespoon softened butter
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Coat asparagus with oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Place on grill and cook for about 5 minutes, flipping midway through cooking time.
3. While asparagus is on the grill, stir parsley, chives, butter, orange zest, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
4. Top asparagus with butter and serve.
