Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper
- 2 pounds asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Combine vinegar and honey in a saucepan and place over medium-high heat. When mixture boils, simmer to reduce by about half the volume. Turn off the heat, then add butter, salt, and pepper. Keep warm.
3. Brush asparagus with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place on grill and cook for about 7 minutes, turning midway through cooking. Move the asparagus to a serving platter.
4. Drizzle asparagus with balsamic reduction and serve.
