Ingredients

1 kg	asparagus
2 medium	egg, hard-boiled, chopped
1 tbsp	olive oil
1 tsp	lemon juice
50 g	Parmesan cheese, grated
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat barbecue grill.

Brush asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Place asparagus onto grill and cook until crisp-tender. Remove from grill onto a large serving platter.

To serve, sprinkle chopped egg over the top, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
