Grill Banana with Egg Liqueur recipe

|1||ripe banana, unpeeled|
|2 cl||egg liqueur|
|3 tsp||whipped cream|
|2 tsp||chocolate sauce|
|1 tsp||almonds, toasted and chopped|
Grill the banana all around until black. Remove from the grill. Remove the peel, best done with a fork because the banana is very hot!
Transfer the banana pulp onto a plate. Pour over the egg liqueur and serve with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with almonds.
