Grill Banana with Egg Liqueur recipe

Ingredients
1 | ripe banana, unpeeled |
2 cl | egg liqueur |
3 tsp | whipped cream |
2 tsp | chocolate sauce |
1 tsp | almonds, toasted and chopped |
Instructions
Grill the banana all around until black. Remove from the grill. Remove the peel, best done with a fork because the banana is very hot!
Transfer the banana pulp onto a plate. Pour over the egg liqueur and serve with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with almonds.
