Ingredients

1  ripe banana, unpeeled
2 cl egg liqueur
3 tsp whipped cream
2 tsp chocolate sauce
1 tsp almonds, toasted and chopped

Instructions

Grill the banana all around until black. Remove from the grill. Remove the peel, best done with a fork because the banana is very hot!

Transfer the banana pulp onto a plate. Pour over the egg liqueur and serve with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with almonds.
