100 g | flour, self-raising |
3 tbsp | sugar |
1 medium | egg, beaten |
150 ml | milk |
To serve with: | |
butter or jam |
Instructions
Place flour and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Add the egg and milk. Combine and mix well with a mixer. The batter should have the consistency of thick cream.Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a greased hot griddle or frying pan.
Cook pancake about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Serve warm with butter and jam.
