Green rice recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 cup milk
- 1 small to medium onion
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 eggs
- 1 pound Velveeta(R) cheese, cut in cubes
- 1 package chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 cup dry white rice, cooked
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Blend milk, onion, oleo and eggs in blender.
3. Mix Velveeta(R), cooked rice and broccoli in 2 qt. baking dish. Add mixture from blender and mix well.
4. Bake, uncovered, for an hour or until center is almost set (it will set up as the dish cools)
