Green Chilli Stew recipe

|1 kg||beef stew, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|2 medium||onions, chopped|
|2 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|1 large can(s)||pinto beans|
|1 large can(s)||diced tomatoes|
|2 large can(s)||chopped green chillies|
|3||beef bouillion cubes|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
In a skillet, brown beef and onions in oil, drain. Transfer to a 5 quart slow cooker.
Combine beans, tomato, chillies, water, bullion, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper. Pour over beef.
Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or until beef is tender.
Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
